It’s a CHI residence 3530 sqf, of four bedrooms, and it contains the garden. Client wants his house to be in mix of modern and traditional style, so we used glass on Hills. For sloping goods to give the traditional look, while and Wooden colour drops the elegant look for the house. Each floor consist of separate low-R/living areas. Master bedroom located in first floor, roof garden were located in first floor.
Each rooms were more spacious and interconnected with close opportunities. The whole house is place or designed according to vastu. In second floor they have provided separate portion with fabric for servant, mostly we went for merch doors and windows …
As we talk about materials, client went for white concept, wine colour track wood for framing and windows, Indian marble for flooring.

Two Story Residence for a family of three members of 3780 square feet in a plan of slabs with separate stone, dining space and one huge sitout in that floor. Dining space will be elevated to show the difference between the living and dining area.
Client want to show his house to be more specialist, so we decided to go for the double-story height for the common space like living and dining area, so as companies to humble scale, the space seemed to be larger, and to maintain their living and dining were aligned in some end and with the large bench door. Where it leads to the garden.
Main aim of the project is to be cost effective elevation or spaces in house should be elegant, but in a cheap cost, so fully used minimal. And we went for white color and to dominant we used wooden plants.

It is a G+1 residence 2448 sqf. Client’s wants to build the space in his native place, where he settled in abroad. Though he wants his house in semi traditional style, so we thought of making of european and Indian pitched roof.
It consists of living area of double height roof with dining combined and open kitchen, dining space with large opening which gives the view of garden space, first floor consists of three bedroom and one huge sit-out facing the road side. Even in his project we went for white concept with wine freak and dark grey colours for contrast.

G+1 house for a family of four member of 2840 square feet. House of four bedroom, in vaulted ceiling space which have the 17’0″ ht, huge openings and full size french doors which renders the space more spacious and gives the elegant look.
First floor consists of living and two master size bedrooms for its two children. Huge open balcony and semi covered balcony from living area, overall the design is based on white concept, wooden plains and dark grey bands for contrast for the building.

It is a G+4 apartment 8352 sqf of three units per floor plate. It consists car parking in ground floor. Each unit is approximate of 705 to 900 sqf of 2 bhk. Its a commercial project of one blocks with 12 units. Located in rainy avenue, stipeurmentRux. Planning was so compact for this project – because of less site area.
Every unit consists of 2bhk with dining of french opened balcony viewing from dining area. And an utility space attached with kitchen area. So this service balcony will be finished within the service area. Though the planner were composed the elevation for the blocks will be so moist and elegant, we will be went for light base colours and dark colour for bands to highlight and the fins are added to create the entire view.

It is a G+2 building where ground floor used as commercial area for gold retail shop, first and second floor as residence, for the client to stay, so design have to satisfy her both typology. The exterior view of commercial should be dominant as compared to residential, so we tried to merge both the typologies and emphasises the entry for the shop.
We have only 16’0″ at the x-axis so we combined the living and dining space together and provided the high ceiling for living space. So that we will feel like, we are in huge space and to help this effect for colour we went for light white to show the space brighter and specious.

Located in the cultural heart of Kanchipuram, S.M. Silks is a brand known for its elegance and tradition. This elevation design was envisioned to reflect that same essence — combining modern architectural language with timeless charm.
The design focuses on creating a striking visual identity for the store through a blend of clean lines, rich textures, and subtle lighting accents. The façade uses a balance of warm materials and contemporary elements to create a welcoming appearance that resonates with the brand’s refined style.
While this project focuses solely on the elevation design, every detail was conceptualized to enhance the building’s street presence — from the proportions of the signage area to the interplay of light and shadow on the façade. The end result is a sophisticated and memorable storefront that beautifully connects tradition with modernity, capturing the spirit of Kanchipuram’s silk heritage in a fresh and elegant way.

Designed for Sri Kanniga Parameswari Silks in Gajendran, this elevation concept blends modern sophistication with the rich heritage of traditional silk retail. The façade was envisioned to create a powerful first impression — elegant, inviting, and true to the brand’s legacy.
The design focuses on vertical and horizontal balance, using refined textures, warm tones, and accent lighting to highlight the structure’s visual rhythm. Every detail — from the signage placement to the illumination pattern — has been thoughtfully composed to enhance the building’s identity and street appeal.
Although the scope centers on elevation design only, the outcome captures the essence of the silk trade: luxurious, graceful, and deeply rooted in cultural craftsmanship. This project brings together contemporary aesthetics and traditional inspiration, resulting in a distinctive and timeless storefront that stands as a landmark for the area.
